OUR HISTORY

SunFX™ was formed in 1999 by Mark Robson and Michael Ward. Having a successful solarium tanning company, they saw the need for a 'safer' tanning option to be introduced to the market. SunFX continued to grow quickly as customer demand and awareness of the benefits of spray tanning increased.

SunFX was the first company in the world to introduce the following industry breakthroughs to the professional tanning market:

In 2002 we moved to our modern state-of-the-art factory, again setting the standard in the spray on tanning industry. SunFX's natural tanning solutions are produced in-house to maintain the highest standard of quality control. All our equipment is Australian made, therefore making us unique in the spray-on tanning industry.

Being the innovators in the industry, SunFX aims continually to set new standards in all aspects of this exciting new concept. In 2005, SunFX was proud to win the prestigious Australian Design Award Mark for their outstanding and innovative design of the SunFX Pro Series Applicator.

We continue our expansion to other countries around the world. Beginning in Australia, SunFX has now expanded across: Europe, USA, Britain, South Africa and New Zealand. This year will bring unprecedented growth for SunFX as we change the face of spray-on tanning forever with the introduction of our new market leading innovations.
